CAR CLUB AND MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS
Media coverage in local newspapers, regional lifestyle magazines, Classic Motorsports Magazine, Grassroots Motorsports Magazine, Autocross.com and numerous on-line car club forums is a form of partnership that increases entry participation and promotes Allegany County as a place to visit, live and work. Generating publicity for the county, our visitor attractions and retail and dining districts is a key goal.


MOTORSPORTS SANCTIONING ORGANIZATIONS
Hillclimbing is a high speed motorsport that requires professional and experienced oversight in a variety of areas including timing, scoring, driver safety, vehicle safety, course operation, paddock operation and general event operating policies. These services are typically provided for motorsports events by one or more sanctioning bodies which operate and insure the event.

There are two primary sanctioning/organizing entities involved in the proposed staging of the first annual Polish Mountain Hillclimb:

• Steel Cites Region, Sports Car Club of America
  Providing event liability insurance, course certification, event safety procedures and personnel, timing, scoring, event registration, driver safety and qualifications, car safety inspection and classification specifications
